How to remove my account?

The decision to remove your user account directly affects your access to our online services and products, so please consider your decision carefully. Account removal is final and cannot be undone after the grace period. By deleting your CD PROJEKT RED account, all connected data is going to be permanently deleted and you will lose access to CD PROJEKT RED online services such as:
- My Rewards
- Cross Progression
- CD PROJEKT RED Forums
If you change your mind, you can always get back and create a new CD PROJEKT RED account at any time. However, please note that deleted data won't be restored by doing that, even if you use the same email address.
Grace Period
Your account will not be deleted immediately. Instead, there’s a 15-day grace period. During this time, you can log back in at any moment to cancel the account removal process. After the 15-day period, it will be impossible to log in or halt the deletion process.
Upon completion of the data removal, you will receive a confirmation email, ensuring you that your information is no longer stored in our system.

How to remove your account
1. Login to your CD PROJEKT RED account management panel.
2. Navigate to the bottom of the “Accounts settings” tab and click on the “Delete your account” option.
3. Verify your identity with any of the options available.
4. Click on “Request account removal” and confirm your action.
5. After this step your account is scheduled for removal and will be deleted after 15 days.
Canceling pending removal
If you decide to stay with us and cancel your account removal, simply log in to your account and click on the “Cancel removal” button.
After canceling the removal process, your CD PROJEKT RED account will be fully functional again right away.
